Roadwater Community cinemaWe are delighted to announce that a state-of-the-art cinema system has now been installed in the village hall following receipt of a Lottery grant.
A high definition BluRay projector accompanied by a full surround sound system and a big screen enables us to bring the cinematic experience to you. Our screenings are on various nights every six weeks. Doors open at 19:00 for a 19:30 start. Membership costs £10 for a whole year and allows you access to special screenings of classic films. The cost of entry is £5 for non-members, £2.50 for members, £2.50 for Under 18s (subject to certificate) and it is free entry for Under 11s (subject to certificate). We have a licensed bar and offer light refreshments including Styles ice cream as well as tea and coffee. We do hope that you will support this latest venture and anyone who would like to volunteer their services to help in the running of this project, please contact us. Roadwater Community Cinema (RCC) is part of the Village Hall for the Future project and we hope it will be a very welcome addition to village amenities.
